Are you referring to this particular "brian" character, or the idea of *zaadz in general?
I saw a *zaadz ad in Utne mag a few weeks ago and at first I was a bit disgusted - a capitalist networking tool taking ad on a full page of one of my favorite magazines?
But then I started reading some of the member blurbs, and realized that I know many sustainability entrepreuners with many of the same ethical goals.
Sure, everyone likes the idea of "LOHAS" - or whatever frickin acronym anyone wants to use for conscious and sustainable living - and there are many consumers out there that need these ideas to be "sold" to them because they're incapable of "getting it" on their own.
